Define your strategy.
Command your capital.

Set the schedule, the price triggers and the allocation rules once. Open Term carries them out on terms, buy by buy and exit by exit, so discipline survives the candle.

Recital

Most strategies are sound on the day they are written and abandoned on the day they are tested. A red candle moves the buy. A green one cancels the exit. Open Term separates the plan from the moment: you write the terms while you are calm, and the terms are what run.

Rules, not reactions.

Schedule

Accumulation runs on a calendar, not on a feeling.

  1. 1.1 You fix an amount per buy and a cadence: daily, weekly, every two weeks or monthly.
  2. 1.2 Each buy happens on its date, at the market, whatever the chart did the day before.
  3. 1.3 The ladder builds an average entry over the whole term instead of betting it on a single print.

Triggers

Price levels are decided before the price arrives.

  1. 2.1 Below your reference price, tiers add size: a deeper fall buys more, by the multiple you set.
  2. 2.2 Above it, tiers start the exits written in §3.
  3. 2.3 A tier fires once per term. The ring marks it; nothing else changes.

Allocation

Profit is taken in stages, in the proportions you wrote down.

  1. 3.1 Each exit tier sells a fixed share of the position, never all of it at once.
  2. 3.2 What is not sold stays in the term and keeps its schedule.
  3. 3.3 The split between held and realised is the rule you set, not the mood of the day.

Term

Every strategy has a start, an end and a ceiling.

  1. 4.1 The term fixes the first buy, the last buy and the most capital it may commit.
  2. 4.2 When the term ends, the schedule stops. The position and the exit tiers remain as written.
  3. 4.3 Changing the terms is a new term. The old one is not edited in the middle of a move.

Set the term. Let it run.

Draft a term

Write your schedule, triggers and exits. The sheet is drafted from your numbers as you type.

Drafted in your browser. Nothing is sent, signed or executed.

I. Schedule
II. Dip triggers below the reference price
III. Staged exits above the reference price
